It is usually installed inside the reactor or vessel
The whole exchanger will be soaked in the corrosive solution
Inside the tubes are corrosive or noncorrosive liquid, such as cold salt solution, saturated steam. Outside the tubes are corrosive mother liquor. The graphite tubes are usually in diameter of 32/22, 50/36mm
The tubes are ranged in one line, or two lines, or three lines
The outer size of the full exchanger can be designed as per the inner volume of the reactor or vessel
